Description:
We are hiring two Junior Accountants (one male and one female) to join our finance team in Deira. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career accounting professionals to handle day-to-day finance tasks and gain practical experience within a supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Support month-end close tasks including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports using MS Office tools.
- Process invoices, assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Help ensure accurate data entry into accounting software and support system updates.
- Coordinate with senior accountants to resolve discrepancies and support audit requests.
- Maintain organized filing of financial documents and support other finance functions as needed.
Candidate requirements:
- 1–2 years of practical accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Comfortable using MS Office and basic accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
