Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have practical accounting experience and strong knowledge of financial procedures, record keeping, and accounting operations.
The selected candidate will support daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates with real estate or property development experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare invoices and maintain accurate billing records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial data.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience in a real estate or property development company is required.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
• Experience with AP/AR, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial records.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
