Description:
LITS Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or aspiring accounting professionals who want to build their career through hands-on experience in a growing IT services environment.
The successful candidate will support daily accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance tasks while developing practical knowledge of accounting operations. Candidates with a strong learning attitude and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily accounting records and perform bookkeeping activities.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
• 0–1 year of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, SAP Business One, or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow.
