Description:
tango, a leading company in the home care health management industry, is expanding rapidly and seeking a Jr. Recruiter to join the team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support the end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job openings across multiple platforms
- Source candidates through online databases, social media, and professional networks
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
- Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and offer letters as needed
- Track recruitment activity and support reporting on key hiring metrics
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (internship or part-time experience welcome)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and employment laws
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
