Description:
ESOL Global is urgently seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, IT infrastructure administration, and end-user support. This role is ideal for professionals who can manage enterprise systems, integrations, and infrastructure while delivering reliable technical support across the organization.
The successful candidate will work with Microsoft technologies, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms to develop, integrate, and maintain business solutions. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage API integrations and connect Dynamics 365 with ERP systems, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.
• Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize security and infrastructure operations.
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and customization.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure administration, networking, and enterprise support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintain high system availability.
Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, Web Services, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Network administration, VPNs, firewalls, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, cybersecurity best practices, and UI/UX principles.
