Description:
We are actively hiring a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy resolving technical issues, supporting users, and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations. Only candidates who are available to join immediately will be considered for this position.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related support requests
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Log, track, and update support tickets through the helpdesk system
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and develop knowledge base articles
- Provide remote technical assistance and conduct basic user training sessions
- Support installation, setup, and configuration of hardware and software
Candidate Requirements:
- Mandatory experience of 2–4 years in an IT support role
- Mandatory qualification: B.E / B.Tech
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking fundamentals, and ITSM tools
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
