Hiring IT Support Operations Expert

UAE Experience & fluency in Arabic

Location: UAE-based

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Operations Expert with strong English communication skills and fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will have prior UAE experience, preferably within a government environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day monitoring and support for all IT services and operations
• Handle support tickets via helpdesk and ensure resolution within SLA
• Manage Time Attendance systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 tools (Intune, Exchange Online)
• Deliver IT support for both internal and external events

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Prior experience in UAE IT operations, especially within government sectors
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and user support
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
