Description:

A growing IT services organization in Dubai is seeking experienced IT Support professionals to join its technical support team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system support, and client-facing technical assistance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing both on-site and remote IT support services, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The role also involves assisting clients with technical issues and maintaining IT infrastructure across multiple environments.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple technical requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues

• Manage Microsoft Office 365 setup and email configuration

• Support printers, CCTV systems, access points, and basic IT infrastructure

• Deliver on-site and remote technical assistance to clients

• Diagnose and resolve network and system-related issues

• Maintain documentation of IT support activities and solutions

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding technical issues and updates

Requirements:

• Prior experience in IT support or technical services is required

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and email configuration

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently

• UAE experience is preferred

• Strong knowledge of:
