Description:
We are currently hiring an IT Support / IT Coordinator to join an award-winning real estate organization operating in the UAE since 2007. This role is ideal for an IT professional who can provide hands-on technical support, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and assist users with system-related issues in a fast-paced office environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network-related issues
- Support users on Windows and macOS operating systems and troubleshoot common IT problems
- Assist with networking basics, system connectivity, and routine IT maintenance
- Manage and support access control systems and remote support tools
- Coordinate IT-related tasks, upgrades, and basic system configurations
- Assist with AV equipment setup and video conferencing support when required
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience within the UAE
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with access control systems and remote support applications
- Familiarity with UniFi devices, AV equipment, and video conferencing tools is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
