🚨 Hiring: IT Support Engineer – L1 (Immediate Joiner) – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a proactive and motivated IT Support Engineer (L1) to join our team in Abu Dhabi immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with password resets, account setups, and access permissions.
- Install and configure software updates and applications.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior IT teams when necessary.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or technical assistance.
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, printers, and peripheral management.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Diploma or degree in IT/Computer Science preferred.
