We’re Hiring | IT Support – Dubai (Onsite)
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support professional to join our team in Dubai on an onsite basis. This role is best suited for candidates who are technically sound, hands-on with IT infrastructure, and capable of providing end-user support in a fast-paced corporate environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred, and only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Handling IT service requests and providing day-to-day software and hardware support
- Setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and IP phones
- Providing network support, including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls
- Installing, configuring, and administering Windows OS and Windows Server environments
- Supporting network implementation, monitoring performance, and resolving connectivity issues
- Managing IT assets, maintaining proper documentation, preparing reports, and assisting with helpdesk operations
