Description:
We are urgently hiring an IT Support professional based in the UAE — immediate joiners will be preferred. The role provides daily hands-on technical assistance across desktops, peripherals, networks and business applications to ensure smooth operations across the organisation. You will work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents, maintain infrastructure, and support events and deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals, resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office/Outlook and core business applications.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, email provisioning, security policies and general M365 administration tasks.
  • Monitor and configure network security including firewall management and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Manage Synology NAS — folders, permissions, backups and storage administration.
  • Support ERPNext users with issue resolution and basic configuration assistance.
  • Perform data backup and recovery tasks and run preventive maintenance routines.
  • Maintain endpoint security and security tool configurations.
  • Install and maintain IT hardware and network devices; manage IT asset inventory.
  • Troubleshoot CCTV/IP camera systems as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims and escalations.
  • Provide technical support for meetings and events, including AV and connectivity.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in IT Support with hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365.
  • Practical experience with network devices, firewalls, endpoint security and backup systems.
  • Familiarity with ERPNext is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and vendor-coordination skills.
  • Must be currently available in the UAE and able to join promptly.
