Responsibilities:
- Provide Firsl level technical Support to enduser on hardware, software and Network issue
- Install, configure and maintain deskhtop support , Laptop, printer and ither IT support , and other equipment,
- Troubke shoot and resolve, Technical issues in person, over the phone or via Remote access
- Manage user Account, permission and IT asset
- Maintain Documentation of issue and resolution using the Internal ticketing system,
- Cordinate with Vendor for hardware, / Software Procurment and support
- Assist with Systems updates backups and cyber security Updates
