We’re Hiring – IT Recruiter (UAE & Doha)
We are seeking experienced and driven IT Recruiters to support hiring for our UAE and Doha operations. You will be responsible for sourcing top IT talent, managing vendor relations, and closing positions efficiently across multiple technology domains.

Position Summary:

  • Openings: 2 positions.
  • Target Markets: UAE and Qatar (Doha).
  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years working in the UAE recruitment market with strong knowledge of regional hiring practices.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven IT recruitment experience with a solid track record in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of UAE & Qatar hiring landscapes, market salaries, and prevailing industry trends.
  • Experience in vendor registration and vendor onboarding processes with clients and customers.
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a wide range of IT roles and technical specialities.
  • Able to close roles under tight timelines and meet hiring SLAs consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for IT positions — from job intake to offer and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hiring managers and vendor partners.
  • Handle vendor registration, compliance paperwork and onboarding processes when required by clients.
  • Maintain a curated candidate database tailored to the UAE & Qatar markets for rapid deployment.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver candidates quickly and accurately.
