IT Project Specialist

Specialist required as part of a project team responsible for the implementation of a Credit Management solution in partnership with a leading solutions provider.

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝟓𝟎%): Coordinate and conduct UAT to validate system functionality and ensure it meets user requirements, including test scenario & script creation.
• 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝟑𝟎%): Execute manual data migration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transfer between systems.
• 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝟏𝟎%): Perform data reconciliation to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems.
• 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝟏𝟎%): Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors to maintain data integrity.

Requirements:

• Methodical: Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
• Analytical: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends or issues.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in data management tools and software.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience: Previous experience in UAT, data migration, and data reconciliation is favoured. Banking domain knowledge is a pre-requisite. Corporate banking product knowledge is preferable (but not essential).
