Description:
Sphere IT Global is seeking an experienced IT PMO professional to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in project governance, PMO operations, and IT project delivery who can ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high governance standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, monitoring, and coordinating digital transformation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. The position requires excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement across project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Track project milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project progress.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, processes, and delivery standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management practices and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT PMO, project governance, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience in project reporting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and PMO tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
