Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Network and Desktop Support Engineer to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and securing client IT infrastructures, supporting network and endpoint operations, and ensuring business continuity through reliable IT solutions. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Windows Server environments for clients.
- Manage network devices including firewalls, routers, and wireless access points (Fortigate experience preferred).
- Deploy and troubleshoot endpoint security, email security, and backup solutions (Acronis preferred).
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services.
- Handle Windows Desktop OS setup, support, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve IT issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Desktop OS, network configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Fortigate firewalls, Acronis Cyber Security, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience managing Google Workspace environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / M365 Administrator
- Fortinet NSE Certification
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+
- Google Workspace Administrator
