About the role:
Danaher is seeking a detail-oriented IT Invoice Analyst to support the finance and IT procurement functions. In this role you’ll ensure invoices for hardware, software, and IT services are accurate and compliant with purchase orders and contracts, help resolve billing discrepancies, monitor IT spend, and support month-end/year-end close activities tied to IT expenditures.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Review and process invoices related to IT hardware, software, and services, matching them against purchase orders and contractual terms.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to clarify billing issues and, where needed, negotiate adjustments.
- Monitor IT budget allocations and expenditures and prepare regular reports and insights for department leadership.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close tasks related to IT costs.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and dashboards to inform IT financial planning and analysis.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and common procurement terminology.
- Proficiency with financial systems (experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- No regular travel required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Invoice processing within an IT or technology environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
