A company in Dubai is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Inside Sales Executive to join its growing team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who have experience in IT sales or sales coordination and are capable of managing dealer and customer relationships professionally. The organization is looking for an individual who can efficiently handle sales coordination tasks while ensuring smooth communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, preparing quotations, managing order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and partners. Product Portfolio
• IT Hardware including laptops, desktop PCs, printers, workstations, servers, UPS systems, and related accessories

Key Skills
• Strong skills in customer relationship management and client communication
• Ability to work with dealers and manage high-value or high-profile customer accounts
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare sales quotations and manage order processing procedures
