Description:
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to join a growing organization in Riyadh – Al Aziziyah. The role involves managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure while ensuring the smooth operation of networks, servers, and business-critical systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure enhancement projects, working closely with vendors, supporting information security initiatives, and improving overall system performance to reduce downtime and maintain reliable IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily IT infrastructure operations.
• Supervise and maintain networks, servers, and IT systems.
• Plan, implement, and monitor infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Support information security measures, backup processes, and disaster recovery activities.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and minimize operational downtime.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with networks, servers, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Network infrastructure and server administration.
• IT security, backup, and recovery solutions.
• Preferred certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft/Azure, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
