We are currently hiring a skilled IT Engineer with strong expertise in VMware and server management to join our team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and are available to join immediately.
The role focuses on maintaining, monitoring, and supporting physical and virtual server environments while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage physical and virtual server environments
- Perform hands-on administration and support of VMware ESXi infrastructures
- Monitor server performance, manage backups, and ensure effective disaster recovery processes are in place
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to maintain system stability
- Ensure system security, updates, and compliance with internal IT standards
- Experience with VMS Milestone systems will be considered a strong advantage
