Quantum Aluminum and Glass Industries LLC is hiring a Junior IT Engineer to support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. This full-time role is ideal for a proactive and technically inclined professional who is eager to grow while ensuring the smooth operation, security, and reliability of IT systems across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting servers, workstations, and IT hardware across the business
- Managing Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and access permissions
- Monitoring system performance, managing backups, and supporting disaster recovery processes
- Setting up and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers
- Identifying and resolving network connectivity, performance, and security-related issues
- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, email systems, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshooting operating system issues related to Windows and macOS environments
- Supporting Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and other business-critical applications
- Assisting remote users and maintaining mobile devices used within the organization
