Description:
Orchestrate Consulting Group is seeking a dedicated IT Customer Service Analyst to provide advanced technical support and ensure smooth operations for CVS Health colleagues and clients. Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support, analyzing and resolving escalated technical issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership, support teams, and Level 1 Helpdesk agents to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of supported products, policies, and software deployment tools.
  • Guide and mentor Level 1 Helpdesk agents in technical development and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences while delivering excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer support and internal business operations.
  • High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience, including coaching, training, and developing staff.
  • Self-starter capable of performing tasks within tight deadlines.
