Description:
CNS Middle East is seeking an experienced IT Application Support Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience supporting enterprise or in-house business applications within production environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications while managing incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting application lifecycle activities. Candidates with strong ServiceNow expertise and a solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for enterprise and business-critical applications in production environments.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change requests using ServiceNow.
• Investigate application issues through troubleshooting, log analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Support application lifecycle activities, including testing, deployments, upgrades, patches, and production releases.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain application performance and service availability.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes and ITIL best practices while delivering high-quality support.
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Application Support.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management).
• ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Application troubleshooting, log analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), testing, deployments, and production support.
