We’re Hiring! | IT Administrator – Sharjah, UAE
ARC Global is looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage our day-to-day IT operations and keep systems secure and available for a growing team based in Sharjah. If you’re technically strong, organized, and comfortable supporting users as well as infrastructure, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and core IT systems to ensure high availability.
- Provide technical support to staff; diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Implement and monitor network security measures, data protection, and backup routines.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware across the organization.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage IT contracts, maintenance, and escalations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an IT Administrator or IT Support role with demonstrable troubleshooting skills.
- Solid knowledge of networking, system administration, and common troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure.
