Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our team and oversee a wide range of IT functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage system infrastructure, provide technical support, and maintain strong cybersecurity practices.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support servers, networks, firewalls, and overall system security to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and networking devices when required.
  • Deliver technical assistance to employees through phone, email, and on-site support, including the ability to respond during 24×7 support needs.
  • Handle system backups, software updates, and scheduled patching activities.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Active Directory, Office 365, ERP systems, HRMS, and other platforms.
  • Implement and uphold cybersecurity protocols and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and lifecycle records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors regarding IT procurements, maintenance tasks, and ongoing support services.
  • Manage and support cloud-based applications and services including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and improving IT-related projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of hands-on experience as an IT Administrator or in a comparable role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ERP systems, and Office 365.
  • Practical experience with networking technologies such as LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Exchange, and various cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, monitoring systems, and overall security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation capabilities.
