Description:

A leading organization in the UAE is hiring Inventory Professionals to join its growing operations team. The role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in FMCG trading, distribution, wholesale, or pharmaceutical inventory management environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring proper stock movement across multiple SKUs. This position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in inventory systems and ERP tools.

Candidates with exposure to fast-moving trading environments such as FMCG, food distribution, pharma, medical supplies, or wholesale trading will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor inventory control processes across multiple SKUs.

• Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and stock audits.

• Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing inventory.

• Maintain proper stock levels and support warehouse operations.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles.

• Update and maintain ERP-based inventory records.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG, trading, distribution, pharma, or wholesale sectors preferred.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

• Ability to manage multi-SKU inventory environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Strong knowledge of:
