Description:
The Deep Seafood Company is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join its Abu Dhabi branch. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess strong organizational skills, an accounts background, and the ability to support inventory control and stock management activities in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, preparing inventory reports, and supporting daily operational activities. The role requires attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Monitor stock movements and assist with inventory tracking
• Update inventory data and prepare regular stock reports
• Coordinate with purchasing and store teams regarding stock requirements
• Assist in stock audits, inventory counts, and reconciliation activities
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions
• Support daily administrative and inventory-related operations
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
• Assist in preparing inventory and accounts-related reports
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of inventory management processes and stock control procedures
• Accounts background preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and records
• Immediate joining availability preferred
