Description:
Le Chocola LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Accountant to manage and support inventory operations across its branches in Oman and the UAE. This role is ideal for a professional who has experience in inventory accounting and is skilled in maintaining accurate records, conducting stock audits, and supporting efficient inventory management procedures.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, conducting branch visits to verify stock levels, analyzing variances, and preparing management reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple branches to ensure proper inventory handling and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all branches
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation activities
• Visit company branches to verify inventory levels and ensure proper handling procedures
• Identify, analyze, and report any inventory discrepancies or variances
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review
• Assist in improving inventory control and management procedures
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standard accounting practices
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory accounting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
• Valid UAE driving license (branch visits required)
