Imagine Learning is seeking skilled Intervention Specialists who are committed to delivering targeted, intensive support to students in small-group online learning environments. The role plays a key part in ensuring that students with diverse needs receive the guidance they need to succeed, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and tech-forward experience.
This opportunity is ideal for certified educators with a strong understanding of research-based instructional strategies and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering impactful support through virtual platforms. The company is particularly interested in candidates experienced in grades 6–12 Math & ELA, and those who are bilingual.
Work Schedule Options:
- Partial Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, for 42 weeks annually (with a 10-week paid summer break)
- Part-Time: Between 12–29 hours per week, scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Compensation:
- Partial Full-Time: $39,520 – $41,995 per year
- Part-Time: $19.63 – $20.19 per hour
Compensation is based on skills, experience, education, location, and other market conditions.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver live online intervention sessions to small student groups using proven, data-informed instructional methods
- Collaborate across teams to align supports and strategies
- Offer timely feedback and communication to students, parents, and team members
- Develop and maintain schedules for intervention delivery
- Adapt lessons and strategies using instructional data
- Maintain professionalism across all written and verbal communications
Requirements and Skills:
- At least 2 years of teaching or intervention experience
- Active teaching license/certification is required
- Strong background in virtual instruction and blended learning
- Knowledge of intervention best practices and academic growth strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to meet the following minimums:
- Day Shift (Part-Time): At least 18 hours per week with consistent hours/days
- Evening Shift (Part-Time): At least 12 hours per week, between 4–8 p.m. ET
- Partial Full-Time: Standard shift of 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. local time, M–F
- Must have or be able to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card within 7 days of hire
