Description:
We’re Hiring – Interior Designer
We are a specialist interior and fit-out firm delivering luxury turnkey solutions for residential, commercial and hospitality clients across the UAE. We’re seeking a creative and technically capable Interior Designer to join our team and support high-end fit-out projects from initial concept through on-site delivery.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development and manage interior fit-out tasks from concept stage to final handover.
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, shop/joinery drawings, BOQs and detailed material schedules for joinery and fit-out works.
- Ensure all documentation and designs meet UAE authority standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate closely with production teams, joinery workshops and external suppliers to maintain quality and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections, supervise installation works, and promptly resolve technical or construction queries.
- Source and specify finishes, fixtures, fittings and hardware; prepare sample boards and specification packages.
- Keep up to date with design trends and modern fit-out techniques to enhance project outcomes.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE-based experience working on interior fit-out projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, SketchUp or 3Ds Max is advantageous.
- Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills, especially for joinery and shop drawings.
- Solid understanding of fit-out materials, joinery processes and on-site construction methods.
- Familiarity with UAE authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence) preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
- A professional portfolio showcasing relevant fit-out / joinery projects is required.
