Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Designer to join our team and transform spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, hands-on experience with fit-out projects, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
· Prepare detailed design drawings using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign.
· Select materials, finishes, and furniture while ensuring functional and visual coherence.
· Read and interpret technical drawings, architectural plans, and MEP layouts accurately.
· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
· Conduct site visits to supervise design implementation and maintain design integrity.
· Ensure compliance with local building codes, materials standards, and regulations.
· Prepare presentations and proposals for clients to communicate design intent effectively.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior fit-out companies or design consultancies.
· Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign.
· Strong knowledge of materials, space planning, detailing, and joinery.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
· Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
