Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete UAE medical insurance process, including approvals, claim submissions, resubmissions, and insurance empanelment.

• Handle front office operations by welcoming patients, managing appointments, and responding to inquiries professionally.

• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Coordinate effectively with insurance providers, healthcare professionals, and internal departments.

• Process insurance-related documentation accurately and within required timelines.

• Support administrative activities to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining efficient front desk procedures.

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Coder certification is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility, medical center, or clinic.
