A well-established organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Claims Coordinator to join its team in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in insurance claims handling and coordination who can manage multiple cases efficiently while ensuring compliance with UAE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate insurance claims from initiation through resolution
- Liaise with claimants, insurance adjusters, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth claim processing
- Review insurance claims and verify all supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Track claim status, monitor case progress, and conduct timely follow-ups to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate records and update claim-related data in claims management or CRM systems
- Ensure claims are handled in line with insurance policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of insurance claim procedures, documentation requirements, and policy coverage verification
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders for effective claim resolution
- Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and basic policy terms will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
