This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are committed to promoting workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and high technical standards across construction, engineering, oil and gas, and industrial environments.
As an Inspection Engineer / HSE Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting safety-critical projects by delivering inspections, audits, and training programs that align with local and international safety standards. The role requires strong field experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to guide teams toward safer work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits across various project environments
- Deliver HSE training sessions in line with approved standards and regulations
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international safety requirements
- Prepare inspection reports, training records, and compliance documentation
- Support clients in improving safety performance and risk management practices
- Promote a strong safety culture across worksites and project teams
Candidate Requirements:
- B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in inspection or HSE training roles
- Strong understanding of safety standards, site audits, and compliance procedures
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
