We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Forward Focus Logistics LLC, a leading freight forwarding company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries
- Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
