We are seeking a capable and patient-focused Inpatient Operation Executive to support daily inpatient services in a busy hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be the central coordinator for IPD workflows, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and excellent patient experience across clinical and non-clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate admissions and IPD registration for incoming patients and ensure all admission processes are completed accurately.
- Manage bed allocation, patient transfers, and discharge procedures to optimise patient flow and bed utilisation.
- Serve as primary contact for in-patient queries, coordinating responses and service delivery with nursing, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Support daily inpatient operations and escalate operational or clinical issues as required.
- Maintain accurate entries in the hospital HIS/ERP — update patient records, status changes, and ward movements.
- Handle patient concerns and service recovery, working to resolve issues promptly and maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and documentation protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE hospital experience — prior inpatient or ward exposure is essential.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills with a professional bedside manner.
- Familiarity with HIS/ERP systems and confident data-entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform reliably in a fast-paced clinical environment.
