Description:
Jereh Group is currently hiring an Information Systems / IT Support Engineer to support and enhance its internal enterprise systems. This role is ideal for professionals with solid hands-on experience in ERP and OA systems, system operations, and basic development support who are looking to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of internal information systems, including ERP and OA platforms, ensuring system stability and smooth end-user experience
• Provide ongoing system support by resolving issues, assisting users, and managing functional configurations during regular system usage
• Take part in system-related projects, including minor development tasks, testing phases, system go-live activities, and post-implementation support
• Proactively identify system gaps or issues and recommend improvement solutions to boost operational efficiency and user satisfaction
• Develop, update, and maintain system operation manuals, while also delivering user training sessions and conducting assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level information system operations and maintenance
• Practical experience working with at least one system such as ERP, OA, or PLM
• Ability to understand and read code written in Java, PL/SQL, or Python
• Good knowledge of mainstream database concepts with the ability to write SQL and PL/SQL queries
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative team-oriented mindset, fast learning ability, and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in the Chinese language will be considered a strong advantage
