About Loot Labs
Loot Labs builds Boxed.gg — a marketplace that brings collectible hobby experiences online by enabling users to digitally unbox trading-card game items (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.) and receive the physical collectibles at home. We’re focused on connecting collectors and growing the market for both digital and physical collectible products.
Role Overview
As an Influencer Manager, you will help design and execute creator-led campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and direct user acquisition. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on relationship building: you’ll identify the right creators, negotiate partnerships, oversee content collaboration, and measure campaign impact to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy: Support the development and rollout of influencer programs tied to brand goals, content themes, KPIs, and timelines.
- Identification & Outreach: Scout and vet creators across Twitch, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels who align with our audience and brand voice.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate end-to-end campaign execution — briefs, content approvals, publishing schedules, and post-campaign reporting.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate terms and agreements that deliver mutual value and clear deliverables.
- Creative Collaboration: Work directly with creators to shape on-brand content, provide feedback, and ensure assets meet campaign expectations.
- Performance Analysis: Track campaign metrics, produce performance summaries, and recommend optimizations using data-driven insights.
- Cross-functional Work: Partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader go-to-market activities.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current on creator trends, platform best practices, and community dynamics to inform strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience managing influencers, creator partnerships, or running creator-led campaigns.
- Strong relationship, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Creative sensibility for content that resonates with TCG and collectibles communities.
- Personal interest in trading-card games (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece) is required; professional experience in these spaces is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently and work across time zones.
Working Hours & Compensation:
Loot Labs is remote-first and hires globally. Preference will be given to candidates whose working hours overlap U.S. and E.U. time zones to facilitate collaboration. Compensation will be competitive and calibrated to experience and local market norms.
