General Requirements:

• Minimum 3-years experience in 3PL Company.
• Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding products such as Sea/Air Import and Exports, Project Cargo, ODC, Ro-Ro, Break Bulk/Commodities, Warehousing etc.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing, negotiating and sales promotion techniques.
• Knowledge of logistics software and systems.
• Should have experience in Domestic and/or International Market.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Experience in developing New Channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategy and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
