Urgent Requirement for Abu Dhabi, Long Term
Open Positions –
Sr. Cost Estimator / Jr. Cost Estimator
- Assest proposals /prices of sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in preparing tender/quotation documents for tendering purposes.
- Study and analyze of Bids / Tenders technically and commercially, write scope clarifications.
- Prepare monthly statement.
- Time bound proposals with accessary on estimating.
- Technical skills with thorough knowledge of estimating principals
- Show understanding of tasks and responsibilities and achieve targets timely.
- Be able to translate division targets into concrete and measurable goals for timely achievements of goals.
- Investigate, understand and respond to the need of internal stakeholder.
- Able to solve problems or disputes. If necessary, involve the superintendent manager timely.
Contracts Engineer
- Working towards attainment of Professional Qualifications RICS, CIOB, ICES or similar.
- Provide input to ensure the timely procurement of sub-contractors.
- Prepare variations and claims and provide input into the preparation of disputes.
- Promote knowledge sharing and learning and develop a team who are able to think outside the box.
- Develop and in-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes relating to contracts to ensure that the company’s position is protected
Sr. Budget Controller / Budget Controller
- Responsibility to prepare and track accurate Budget Control for the mega local/international projects.
- Assist Budget Control Manager/Project Control Manager to deliver thorough, independent and complete Budget Control Reports for Projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, correctness of cost allocation, analysis of cost trends.
- Timely preparation of departmental reports, analysis of trends, comparison with budget, explanation of variances.
- Assign and approve budget for PR / IR.
- Ad-hoc reports preparation, support of PCM/BCM in ongoing projects and non-routine activities.
- Technical skills with thorough knowledge of estimating principals.
- Regularly visit project site, coordinate and consult with project management team, inform them of critical issues.
