We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Import Logistics Coordinator to support and manage import operations at our Dubai facility. This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in factory or manufacturing environments who are confident handling UAE import procedures and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end import logistics activities from origin to final delivery
• Prepare, review, and manage all import-related documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and certificates
• Ensure full compliance with UAE import regulations, customs laws, and clearance procedures
• Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and ensure timely clearance to the factory
• Proactively handle shipment delays, discrepancies, and customs-related challenges
• Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and documentation for audits and internal use
• Liaise closely with internal teams such as procurement, production, and warehouse to ensure smooth operational flow
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3–4 years of hands-on logistics experience, specifically within a factory or manufacturing setup
• Strong working knowledge of UAE import procedures and customs regulations
• Proactive, organized professional with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
