Description:
OneDigital, a leading provider of employee benefits and insurance solutions, is seeking a dedicated Implementation Specialist to join its team remotely. The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the client onboarding process, ensuring accurate implementation of insurance plans, and maintaining exceptional client service standards.

The role involves managing the flow of group business from the receipt of proposals to finalization with carriers, primarily supporting small group and individual markets. This position requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect applications from carriers and send them to clients while providing guidance on completing required forms
• Scrub client forms and submit them to carriers for implementation
• Communicate final approvals from carriers to clients, including welcome letters, plan design, and rates
• Maintain accurate database records in Microsoft CRM and organize account documents properly
• Log calls and track email correspondence with detailed notations in CRM
• Prioritize daily tasks including appointments, calls, and emails with professionalism
• Build and maintain relationships with carrier contacts to ensure clean case submissions and timely responses
• Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to relate to people at all levels and personalities
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs preferred
• Familiarity with database applications is a plus
• Health & Life license preferred

Education, Training, and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in carrier, general agency, or brokerage in a benefits support role is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly rate: $18 – $22 per hour, depending on experience and location
