Job Summary
PreSales Collective is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support external clients as they adopt and deploy our software solutions. In this remote role you’ll consult with customers to define requirements, design appropriate configurations that match business processes, execute implementation plans, and provide training and post-go-live support to ensure adoption and success. This position typically manages projects of limited complexity and works closely with Sales and Professional Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to determine optimal software configuration that fits their workflows.
  • Define realistic implementation timelines and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Deliver client training and advise on best practices for effective system use.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services and Sales to surface risks and recommend mitigation actions to keep implementations on track.
  • Apply business knowledge to assess the feasibility and sustainability of implementation approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process and advocate for client needs.
  • Document product functionality and create user/administrator-facing materials for the Omnigo platform.
  • Support the sales team during the sales cycle as needed, and respond to client requests in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • PM certification preferred.
  • Prior experience implementing software solutions is required.
  • Experience or background in Physical Safety and Security is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
