Description:
NVIDIA is looking for an Immigration Specialist to join its dynamic HR Compliance and Immigration Team. This role focuses on managing and supporting the company’s U.S. immigration program, ensuring compliance with current regulations while keeping up with evolving immigration trends and policies. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for managers, employees, and HR colleagues on all immigration-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with external immigration vendors.
  • Advise employees and managers on immigration procedures and requirements to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Serve as a liaison between candidates, internal stakeholders, and outside counsel, ensuring smooth coordination and communication throughout the immigration process.
  • Assess new candidates and internal transfers for sponsorship eligibility.
  • Evaluate complex immigration cases and provide strategic solutions in collaboration with legal counsel.
  • Identify and implement process improvements focused on enhancing employee experience.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to U.S. immigration matters while escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects related to immigration system enhancements, data reporting, and compliance improvements.
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives that reflect changes in U.S. immigration regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience managing corporate immigration processes in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information effectively.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary for this position ranges between $140,000 and $224,250 USD, depending on experience and location. The role also includes eligibility for equity and comprehensive benefits.
