We’re Hiring – Immigration Sales Counsellor

Join a fast-growing immigration consultancy and help people turn their overseas plans into reality. As an Immigration Sales Counsellor you’ll combine consultative selling with excellent client service — guiding prospects through immigration options, building trust, and closing cases while maintaining high service standards.

What you’ll do:
▪ Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals and suitability.
▪ Present appropriate immigration pathways, explain benefits and requirements, and prepare tailored recommendations.
▪ Build rapport and trust quickly, manage follow-ups, and guide clients through the sales and application process until completion.
▪ Meet and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining accurate records of leads, client interactions and case progress.
▪ Coordinate with operations and case teams to ensure smooth handovers and timely delivery of services.
▪ Participate in outreach activities, webinars or seminars to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
