Description:
Siemens is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented iBase Administrator to join its U.S. team in a remote capacity. The role involves validating and managing data within the iBase (Installed Base database) and the Service Portal to support maintenance planning and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the zone’s main point of contact for all iBase-related activities across branches.
• Validate and input equipment and customer data accurately into iBase.
• Use standard tools and established processes to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Verify, correct, and update equipment records based on physical and functional locations.
• Regularly monitor and report data accuracy within the iBase system.
• Assist in setting up and managing customer profiles in the Service Portal.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration across departments.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of account provisioning, user setup, troubleshooting, and configuration management.
• Ability to generate and interpret reports for analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in administrative or data-related roles.
• SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
