We’re Hiring: HVAC Engineer | Dubai, UAE
A leading confectionery manufacturer based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, is seeking a full-time HVAC Engineer to manage and optimize climate control systems at our brand-new production facility.
If you have a strong background in HVAC system design, operation, and maintenance, especially in FMCG or food manufacturing environments, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install & maintain HVAC systems across production and warehouse zones
- Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and airflow to support product quality
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and environmental standards
- Conduct preventive maintenance & reduce downtime and energy waste
- Collaborate with QA, Maintenance & Production teams on environmental controls
- Support HVAC commissioning for facility upgrades or expansions
- Manage technical documentation and maintenance logs
- Drive improvements in system reliability and energy efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC engineering (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, operation & BMS systems
- Familiar with ASHRAE, ISO standards, and UAE regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation & project management skills
