ALCHEMY is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join their team in Abu Dhabi within the Oil & Gas sector. This position is ideal for HR professionals with a decade of proven experience who are ready to oversee payroll operations, personnel management, and compliance functions.
Payroll Management:
- Supervise all payroll processes to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary distribution.
- Maintain payroll databases and update employee compensation records regularly.
- Prepare payroll summaries, pension contributions, and End of Service Benefits (EOSB) reports for submission to management.
- Ensure all payroll activities align with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with finance teams on audits, forecasts, and budget preparations.
Personnel Affairs:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Oversee personnel files, employment contracts, and documentation compliance.
- Support employee appraisal systems and implement development initiatives.
- Address employee concerns about salaries, benefits, and HR-related inquiries.
- Partner with HR on recruitment, training programs, and disciplinary procedures.
- Safeguard employee data confidentiality and maintain integrity in HR operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
