Description:
August75 Facilities Management Services LLC is looking for an experienced Human Resources & PRO Manager to join its growing team in Sharjah. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to contribute to workforce development, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic organization.
The successful candidate will oversee key human resources functions while managing government relations and PRO activities. The role requires strong knowledge of Emiratization initiatives, UAE labor regulations, recruitment processes, and government coordination to ensure smooth and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage talent acquisition and recruitment activities across the organization
• Lead Emiratization initiatives and oversee Nafis Program implementation
• Develop employee engagement and retention strategies
• Monitor KPI and KPA performance metrics to enhance workforce productivity
• Handle visa processing and employee-related government transactions
• Coordinate with MOHRE, GDRFA, immigration authorities, and other government entities
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manpower or recruitment company
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong understanding of HR operations and workforce management
• Experience managing Emiratization and Nafis programs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE Labor Law and compliance requirements
• MOHRE, GDRFA, visa processing, and immigration procedures
• Recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce performance management
